The role monitors costs, resolves supply issues, maintains accurate records, supports audits, and ensures compliance with relevant standards. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, IT skills, and the ability to manage changing demands collaboratively.

Maintains supply chain and transport administration, including purchase orders, KPI and financial reporting, vehicle records, compliance checks, fleet utilization, pool car management, expenses, and driver documentation. Supports transport and production planning, holiday cover, supplier communication, budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills, with flexibility for weekend or out-of-hours work.
