Processes life insurance applications end to end, supporting producers through application review, underwriting requirements, certificate issuance, delivery, policy changes, and document management. Handles inbound bilingual English-Spanish customer service, resolves escalations, follows up on missing information, communicates case status, and maintains accuracy and service-level performance. The role also supports workflow improvements and requires knowledge of US life insurance products, regulatory requirements, and application processes.

Processes new life insurance applications end to end, supporting producers through application review, underwriting coordination, certificate issuance, delivery requirements, policy changes, documentation, and escalations. Provides inbound customer service, manages case follow-up, resolves issues, maintains accurate records, communicates proactively with stakeholders, and identifies process improvements while meeting service-level and production targets.

Supports quarterly LICAT regulatory capital reporting using AXIS and Excel, including forecasting, sensitivity analysis, model governance, audits, and regulatory responses. Partners with actuarial and finance teams on capital management initiatives, pricing and ORSA analysis, documentation, and process improvements. The role requires actuarial exam progression, insurance or financial services exposure, database and programming knowledge, strong communication, and analytical skills.
