Perform mailroom, shipping/receiving, imaging and indexing tasks: process inbound/outbound mail, scan and index life and annuity documents, reconcile applications and cheques, assemble and distribute contract/certificate packages, troubleshoot scanning issues, and ensure accuracy and compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Drive growth of life and annuity sales by supporting national sales managers with field development, training, onboarding, call campaigns, sales presentations, and distributor/agent relationship management. Provide sales support, respond to product inquiries, report activity, and represent the company professionally. Role requires heavy travel to support distributor relationships.

Responsible for ensuring system functionality through manual and automated testing. Key duties include developing test scripts, coordinating tests, and maintaining documentation.
