Administers US annuity contracts and processes financial and non-financial transactions, including applications, transfers, withdrawals, payouts, tax updates, and settlement options. Provides customer and producer support across phone, chat, and email; reviews documentation for regulatory and contractual compliance; maintains records, spreadsheets, and procedures; performs calculations; supports process improvements and strategic initiatives; and helps manage AML, KYC, and operational risk requirements.

Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade applications, services, integrations, and data-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies and Azure. Participate in the full SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Apply AI-assisted development tools and integrate responsible AI capabilities into secure, maintainable business solutions.

Administer compensation for producers and management across distribution channels. Maintain compensation systems, process adjustments, garnishments, assignments, and court orders, resolve errors, manage producer debt recovery, and respond to phone and email inquiries. Ensure accurate, timely payments while meeting service levels, commission deadlines, regulatory requirements, and changing operational schedules.
