Manage a portfolio of finance-focused customers through implementation, adoption, renewals, expansion, training, and ongoing success planning. Build relationships with finance and accounting stakeholders, monitor account health, conduct business reviews, communicate technical concepts clearly, support product rollouts, and coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts. The role requires customer success experience, financial systems knowledge, data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Own Foresight’s brand positioning, messaging, product marketing, go-to-market enablement, customer marketing, content strategy, website messaging, and fundraising materials. Translate complex AI, data, and analytics capabilities into compelling value for private equity, venture capital, and financial services audiences. Partner with sales, product, partnerships, customer success, and leadership while managing agencies and contractors and tracking marketing effectiveness.
