Perform hands-on IT operations and automation, manage IAM and SaaS provisioning, support SOC 2 and public-sector compliance, build scripts/workflows, handle IT support and security questionnaires, and enable responsible AI usage and governance.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile: drive discovery, user research, prototyping, and implementation. Build and evolve design systems, ship accessible workflows, and align cross-functional teams to measurable outcomes in high-stakes, data-heavy public-sector products.

The Account Executive will source new leads, close deals, articulate value, prioritize the sales pipeline, and contribute to product strategy.
