Lead and grow a BDR team while owning outbound strategy for public and private-sector accounts. Hire, coach, and set targets; build playbooks, manage the BDR tech stack and reporting, collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and Product, and iterate on outbound approaches to drive qualified pipeline and conversions.

The Account Executive will source new leads, close deals, articulate value, prioritize the sales pipeline, and contribute to product strategy.
