Teams at Forerunner

Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Forerunner’s Field Intelligence product. Lead discovery and delivery of mobile and web workflows involving AI-guided inspections, offline data capture, geospatial context, and compliance follow-up. Partner with customers, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define requirements, validate solutions, measure outcomes, and drive adoption. The role requires shipping trustworthy AI-powered, workflow-heavy B2B software for operationally critical environments.

Owns customer success across onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, and account expansion. Builds trusted relationships with government and regulated-industry customers, monitors account health, configures customer environments, drives product adoption, identifies growth opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering. The role also contributes to customer success processes and playbooks within an early-stage SaaS company.

Owns end-to-end SaaS customer deployments from discovery through go-live. Leads customer workshops, defines roadmaps, scopes projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, oversees solution alignment, leads user acceptance testing, and ensures effective handoff to Customer Success. The role also documents lessons learned and improves deployment playbooks and processes.
