Leads the design, deployment, operation, and security of on-premises infrastructure for a battery energy storage manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include managing local data centers, edge compute, OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, Linux systems, automation, observability, storage, backups, disaster recovery, plant commissioning, hardware procurement, and vendor coordination. The role supports 24/7 manufacturing operations and hybrid cloud integrations while leading infrastructure reliability and security.

Own demand planning and forecasting for commercial pipeline activity, translating sales opportunities and customer commitments into S&OP demand signals. Maintain pipeline data integrity, dashboards, forecasting models, KPI reporting, and NDA workflows. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders to align demand, capacity, and customer commitments. Support RFPs, CRM and automation enhancements, process documentation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Provides hands-on support and maintenance for site IT infrastructure, servers, networks, endpoints, applications, and manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include incident response, troubleshooting, planned maintenance, system upgrades, disaster recovery, cybersecurity remediation, documentation, and infrastructure readiness. The role supports production, warehouse, laboratory, utility, office, and remote operating areas, collaborates with plant teams and vendors, and may require off-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
