Lead and manage customer implementation projects for Forcepoint's security solutions. Own customer relationships, drive deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage escalations, perform regular status and quarterly reviews, contribute knowledge base, and ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workday integrations and reports, collaborate with functional teams, and mentor junior staff. Ensure system functionality and security in data flows and integrations.
