Leads customer deployment projects for Forcepoint solutions, serving as the liaison between customers, deployment teams, engineering, product management, and technical support. Responsibilities include onboarding, project tracking, risk and escalation management, customer and executive communication, resource planning, quarterly reviews, troubleshooting coordination, knowledge-base contributions, and ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline goals across global teams.

Leads enterprise infrastructure automation and AI Ops across endpoints, identity, Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, and IT service management. Designs policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, telemetry, anomaly detection, and secure automated remediation. Owns Intune and Entra ID architecture, Microsoft 365 governance, access lifecycle automation, and AI-assisted operational workflows. Establishes enterprise standards, mentors engineers, and partners across infrastructure, security, identity, network, cloud, and service desk teams.

Develop and maintain complex network security software on Linux using C/C++. Design solutions for emerging threats, troubleshoot escalated product issues, debug at the binary and kernel levels, and uphold architectural integrity. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide software design, implementation, and debugging across distributed teams. The role requires strong expertise in operating systems, networking, secure coding, encryption, device drivers, and cybersecurity products.
