Provides advanced technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting Forcepoint products and integrations, analyzing logs and network traffic, resolving escalations, documenting cases, mentoring support engineers, reviewing technical documentation, and serving as a subject matter expert for product components and integrations.

Lead the modernization of a data security platform through high-fidelity UX and visual design. Create information architectures, data visualizations, workflows, design systems, component libraries, and Figma prototypes for complex security operations. Partner closely with product and frontend engineering throughout development, QA, and release. Conduct usability reviews, document design standards, support rapid iteration, and ensure consistent, polished user experiences for technical enterprise users.

Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automation pipelines using agentic frameworks and LLM APIs. Integrate agents with external tools and services, write well-tested backend code (Golang/Python), monitor and debug agent behavior in production, and collaborate with senior engineers to define and document agent workflows.
