Client Technology Infrastructure Consultant responsible for understanding client technology needs, supporting presales, designing and quoting connectivity, networking, Wi-Fi, and AV solutions, and coordinating installations, suppliers, fit-outs, and office moves. The role translates technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders, manages smaller infrastructure projects, supports handover, and improves client technology products and processes. It requires client-facing technical experience, enterprise networking knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to produce technical scopes and quotations.

Lead procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier negotiations, category management, spend analysis, and supplier performance management. Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable savings, manage commercial risks, improve procurement processes, and maintain compliance. Analyze costs and forecasts, report procurement KPIs, develop contingency plans, and mentor junior team members.

Own the vision, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Fora’s Salesforce and Nexudus platforms. Lead internal Salesforce specialists, external partners, delivery governance, stakeholder prioritization, supplier performance, and team development. Oversee platform reliability, security, data quality, support, releases, and technical debt while contributing hands-on Salesforce configuration and technical oversight involving Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and APIs.
