Serve as the first contact for small business owners exploring financing solutions. Manage inbound leads in Salesforce, track pipeline activity, conduct consultative sales conversations, and develop communication and listening skills through structured training. Collaborate with sales leaders and colleagues while working toward promotion to Capital Specialist within approximately 6–12 months based on performance.

Provides advanced IT infrastructure and support, mentors Level I technicians, manages enterprise computing platforms, and oversees configuration, performance, availability, and resource management. Coordinates 24/7 incident response, maintains SLA and OLA compliance, communicates with users, documents resolutions, and collaborates on ServiceDesk, networking, security, and infrastructure projects. Requires expertise in Office 365, Azure, Palo Alto Prisma, computer hardware, and Layer 1–3 network protocols.

Build and own the data platform backbone: design ingestion patterns, Snowflake warehouses, governance, and freshness strategy. Implement reliable batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, observability, and onboarding processes. Lead legacy migrations, create data contracts and SLAs, and apply AI-native tooling to automate debugging, documentation, and operational workflows while partnering with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors.
