Teams at For Our Future Action Fund

Manages paid voter canvassing operations across Macomb, Oakland, and Thumb, Michigan. Trains, recruits, schedules, and supervises canvassers; launches canvass events; provides field coaching; tracks goals and reporting; maintains regional data; and enforces health and safety protocols. The role includes regular door-to-door voter outreach, extensive regional travel, irregular hours, and coordination with candidates and community partners.

Conduct door-to-door, phone, and SMS voter outreach; persuade, motivate, and educate voters about progressive candidates and issues; meet outreach metrics; accurately report data; table at events; support event execution; attend meetings and training; and follow safety protocols. The role requires extensive local travel, irregular hours, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
