Teams at For Our Future Action Fund

Lead and manage statewide organizing staff and programs in Michigan, develop and execute strategic electoral and issue campaigns, set and track metrics, recruit and train staff, coordinate with digital and partner teams, innovate engagement tactics, and oversee heavy travel and field operations through at least November 2026.

Support national and state HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data entry, payroll assistance, benefits administration, minor employee relations, recordkeeping, audits, and cross-department collaboration. Serve as primary HR contact for state staff and help execute HR events and communications.

The Regional Organizing Director will recruit, train, and manage teams for local and national causes, execute field plans, and oversee volunteer operations.
