Volunteer to help facilitate creative workshops that foster connection and emotional well-being for internationals and newcomers in Berlin. Create welcoming spaces using art, music, and movement-based facilitation techniques, support inclusive participation, and help build community.

Volunteer will set up/audit and manage Google Ad Grants campaigns, create and optimise Google Search ads, collaborate on ad copy, track performance, improve landing pages and report updates. Must have participated in one workshop and commit ~8 hours weekly for at least six months.

Volunteer will extract, clean, and analyze Eventbrite and related event data; build dashboards and visual reports; track attendance, demographics, and engagement; identify trends and actionable recommendations; and share clear insights with communications and program teams to improve outreach and inclusion.
