Leads business development and commercial growth across consumer products and packaging markets. Responsibilities include identifying and converting strategic opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, building executive customer relationships, developing market strategy, representing the company at industry events, translating customer needs into packaging solutions, coordinating cross-functional feasibility and implementation, forecasting sales, and optimizing pricing and profitability.

Execute daily data entry, analysis, validation, and corrections in the Annex 24 system to ensure IMMEX compliance and traceability of temporary imported inventory. Maintain inventory control, manage customs documentation (Pedimentos), use ERP and Annex 24 software, and apply intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Support Annex 31 tasks as needed.

Onsite IT lead for a new Poland manufacturing site responsible for end-to-end IT service delivery, MSP/vendor management, hands-on support for infrastructure and AV, project coordination, asset lifecycle, security/compliance, and evolving into people leadership as the site grows.
