Provide compassionate, customer-focused support for shelter patrons: facilitate animal visits and adoptions, manage admissions and communications via phone/email/in-person, handle and restrain animals of various sizes and species, use animal management software and Microsoft Office, and support shelter operations including weekend shifts and occasional driving.
