Provide high-level administrative and executive support including diary, inbox and meeting management, minute taking, reports, travel and event coordination, purchase order and invoice processing, SharePoint and filing maintenance, stakeholder liaison, and assist Head of ESG on sustainability tasks. Hybrid role based at Greater Manchester head office for a 12-month maternity cover.

Provide energetic, customer‑facing retail service: style complete outfits, product and culture knowledge, run launches/activations, drive sales and KPIs, maintain store visual standards and stock, and participate in training and development.

Lead the in-house artwork process from brief to final sign-off across print and digital. Manage and develop the artwork team, assign priorities, quality-check assets, uphold brand standards, and improve studio workflows to deliver high-quality content for e-commerce and campaigns.
