Own day-to-day onsite ecommerce trading across priority categories, campaigns, launches, navigation, search, collections, and landing pages. Analyze performance and customer behavior to identify commercial opportunities, support forecasting and trading reports, and improve conversion, revenue, margin, and customer experience. Collaborate with Creative, UX, CRM, Buying, and Merchandising teams while supporting SEO, affiliate activity, onsite search optimization, stock visibility, and troubleshooting. The role also mentors Ecommerce Executives and supports the Digital Trade Manager.

Supports marketing campaigns, social media strategy, product launches, events, and brand communications. Creates mobile-first video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, publishes daily content, manages creative briefs and launch timelines, and produces social performance reports. The role collaborates across marketing, creative, ecommerce, buying, and merchandising teams while representing SEVENSTORE at events and campaign activities.

Lead the graphic design and artwork process from brief through final approval across print and digital channels. Manage daily graphics team priorities, assign work, maintain brand consistency, quality-check assets, improve studio workflows, and develop team members. Collaborate with creatives, producers, photographers, art directors, stylists, and marketing professionals on e-commerce content, campaigns, and in-store activations.
