Lead and deliver strategic business development plans across Private Equity, Islamic Finance, Corporate and Banking & Finance. Build and deepen client relationships, create client-facing collateral and value propositions, identify market opportunities using financial and market insight, support account planning for key clients, collaborate with Marketing/Communications, monitor sector performance and pipeline, and mentor BD colleagues to drive measurable revenue growth.

Partner with practice leaders to develop and deliver business development plans across Commercial & Employment, Dispute Resolution and International. Identify opportunities, manage stakeholder relationships, lead campaigns, produce pitches and client materials, use market insight to inform strategy, support integrated marketing activity, track budgets and ROI, and act as an adviser to drive collaboration and growth.

Lead end-to-end management of complex bids, tenders and pitches. Develop capture plans, win strategies and persuasive bid responses. Coordinate senior stakeholders, pricing, legal and finance. Coach presenters, improve bid processes, analyse outcomes and build relationships with procurement professionals to win high-value work.
