Leads the operational and commercial performance of the South Island Wholesale network, including sales, profitability, customer outcomes, budgets, and operational excellence. Coaches site leadership teams, drives performance reviews and continuous improvement, and identifies growth opportunities. Leads regional execution of a 24-month transformation programme, ensuring systems, processes, and operating-model changes are adopted across sites. Requires regular travel between New Zealand’s North and South Islands.

Lead change strategy and delivery for a complex wholesale transformation programme. Develop impact assessments, stakeholder maps, readiness and transition plans, adoption measures, and communications materials. Support leaders and frontline teams through operational, process, and systems changes while tracking readiness, engagement, risks, and issues. The role requires influencing senior stakeholders, coordinating across programme, HR, legal, IT, communications, and operations teams, and embedding sustainable new ways of working.

Leads loyalty programme and customer engagement insights for Club+ customers. Analyzes first-party shopping and behavioral data, develops reporting dashboards, and translates findings into personalized experiences, lifecycle communications, offers, and customer strategy. Manages an engagement insights team and collaborates with marketing, customer experience, product, data, and senior stakeholders to improve customer propositions and journeys.
