Lead multiple eCommerce projects across Quick Commerce, Click & Collect, and Standard Delivery from business case through implementation and benefits realization. Develop project plans, roadmaps, and delivery resources; manage change and stakeholder alignment; and use large datasets to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities. The role requires strong project management, communication, influencing, analytical, and eCommerce or retail operations experience.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer - TOSCA, you'll develop and maintain automated testing solutions using Tricentis TOSCA. Collaborating with Agile teams, you'll ensure quality across various platforms including SAP and web services, advocating for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Test SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across HR processes, employee lifecycle events, workflows, permissions, data, integrations, and release cycles. Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; validate APIs, interfaces, middleware flows, error handling, and reconciliation; manage defects through resolution; and contribute to automation using Tricentis TOSCA. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, People Systems, product owners, and technical teams while supporting continuous QA improvement.
