Support and optimize HR and payroll systems, including SAP SuccessFactors. Gather requirements, configure processes, test releases, support implementations, improve usability, maintain people data, and enhance reporting. Partner with People & Capability teams, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, deliver system enhancements, and support ongoing transformation.

Leads the people data workstream for a major employee experience transformation. Oversees data governance, quality, reporting, insights, and master data management while partnering with HR, payroll, IT, finance, and programme teams. Develops workforce reporting, supports strategic decisions, mentors a small team, and identifies opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI.

Manage end-to-end payroll for assigned stores, including rosters, employee records, leave balances, PAYE reporting, audits, legislative compliance, and store queries. The role requires accurate, timely processing, relationship management, cross-store coverage, and support for payroll system changes and process improvements.
