Entry-level analyst role supporting internal strategy and new ventures across regional co‑operatives. Responsibilities include strategic thinking, problem solving, financial analysis, business benchmarking, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and turning ideas into practical outcomes while learning and developing under senior coaching.

Lead technical design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions and integrations. Stay hands-on with CI/CD, automation, DevSecOps, monitoring, and incident management. Mentor engineers, drive stability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Lead the chilled foods category (dairy-focused), manage two Category Managers, drive commercial performance, supplier negotiations, pricing, promotions and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships to deliver category strategy and customer-focused outcomes.
