Maintains finance, customer, and vendor master data in SAP HANA, ensuring accurate account creation and changes. Performs data quality analysis, verifies requests, enforces protocols, supports issue resolution, and participates in cross-functional projects. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, high-volume delivery, and an interest in learning finance and master data processes.

Test SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across HR processes, employee lifecycle events, workflows, permissions, data, integrations, and release cycles. Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; validate APIs, interfaces, middleware flows, error handling, and reconciliation; manage defects through resolution; and contribute to automation using Tricentis TOSCA. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, People Systems, product owners, and technical teams while supporting continuous QA improvement.

Coordinates conference centre bookings, events, hospitality services, minimart inventory, replenishment, supplier relationships, and food demonstrations. Supports event functions and daily operations across the cafe, kitchens, bar, and other hospitality spaces.
