Teams at Foodsmart

Provide legal guidance on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with health plans, health systems, vendors, and partners. Advise on deal structure, contractual risk, compliance, disputes, and corporate transactions. Build contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and technology workflows while partnering with sales, finance, security, marketing, and operations. Train stakeholders and support additional legal areas as needed.

Own Foodsmart’s member activation funnel from outreach through first visit. Lead a cross-functional pod across Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing; manage the activation roadmap, funnel metrics, experimentation, incentives, messaging, channel strategy, and technical enablement. Optimize booking and attendance rates while balancing unit economics, member needs, consent, privacy, and regulatory constraints.

Own the Food Access and Benefits product platform, including roadmap, discovery, launch, iteration, benefits administration, and scalable operational workflows. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical Operations, and commercial teams to deliver configurable services for health plans, employers, and members. Define product strategy, launch new service lines, improve member experiences, and drive platform scalability across complex, multi-party healthcare and food-access programs.
