Foodsmart Benefits Overview

Own the Food Access and Benefits product platform, including roadmap, discovery, launch, iteration, benefits administration, and scalable operational workflows. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical Operations, and commercial teams to deliver configurable services for health plans, employers, and members. Define product strategy, launch new service lines, improve member experiences, and drive platform scalability across complex, multi-party healthcare and food-access programs.

Build and lead the commercial enablement function for sales and account management. Own account planning, deal reviews, forecasting cadence, training, coaching, certification, playbooks, and process adoption. Partner with Commercial Operations on Salesforce workflows and dashboards, and with Marketing on campaign enablement. Establish coaching rhythms, improve sales execution, and measure impact through ramp time, quota attainment, win rate, forecast accuracy, and process adoption.

Lead architecture and development of scalable full-stack systems spanning web, mobile, backend, data, and partner integrations. Build React and TypeScript applications, Node.js services, APIs, and AWS-based distributed systems. Drive cloud-native DevOps, reliability, security, compliance, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Influence cross-team technical direction, establish shared standards, mentor engineers, and lead initiatives across frontend, backend, mobile, and data domains.
