The R&D Engineering Supervisor leads product design engineering and R&D activities, ensuring compliance with standards while managing staff and projects.

Lead accounting operations and a lean finance team; own month-end close, audit coordination, internal controls, financial reporting, revenue recognition (ASC 606), inventory/cost accounting, intercompany consolidation, and working capital. Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve processes, automation, and financial KPIs.
