The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulations.

Support product development projects from request through commercialization: organize project data, manage timelines and samples, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, assist market and ingredient research, prepare updates and presentations, and maintain processes and documentation.

Manage product and packaging specifications for new products, coordinate QA setup and testing, oversee sampling and shelf-life studies, support label/nutrition panel creation and regulatory compliance, investigate quality issues, and maintain product documentation and timelines for product development.
