Lead talent, onboarding, and learning programs to create a welcoming employee experience. Design and coordinate onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives; support recruitment and hiring; track learning effectiveness and compliance; partner with leaders to improve retention and development; manage training records, budgets, and vendor relationships; and support HR projects and employee inquiries.

Coordinates hospitality and event support, including inquiries, invoicing, registration, setup, vendor coordination, guest service, inventory, and event execution. Supports volunteer scheduling, check-ins, reporting, training, documentation, and engagement activities. Provides administrative assistance with email, data entry, invoices, credit card reconciliation, donor records, reception coverage, and departmental projects. Requires excellent organization, communication, customer service, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
