Teams at Foodics

Lead product strategy and execution for Foodics Capital, owning roadmap, KPIs, discovery, and feature delivery. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, legal, marketing, and sales to launch and scale lending products, using data-driven experimentation and customer insights to prioritize and measure impact.

Build Foodics’ accounting platform from the ground up, including the general ledger, chart of accounts, journals, AP/AR, reconciliation, reporting, and regulatory invoicing. Develop full-stack features, integrate accounting with inventory, payments, POS, and ERP systems, translate accounting requirements into architecture, and use AI tooling to accelerate delivery. The role requires rapid execution, strong financial-systems correctness, and substantial collaboration within GMT+3 hours.

Build production AI-powered quality engineering systems, including automated test generation, failure triage, self-healing locators, evaluation infrastructure, and agentic workflows. Own backend, web, and mobile test automation, CI pipelines, test data, performance testing, and LLM reliability. Integrate AI agents with CI, Jira, observability, and tool interfaces while measuring adoption, quality improvements, cost, and system reliability.
