Owns the full customer lifecycle for FOODICS BLACK, including prospecting, sales, solution consulting, negotiations, implementation coordination, onboarding, training, account management, retention, and expansion. The role partners with restaurant stakeholders to understand operational needs, deploy tailored technology solutions, drive adoption, resolve issues, and maintain long-term customer success across fine dining and casual dining businesses.

Build production-grade agentic AI infrastructure using LLMs, including orchestration, state management, tool integrations, MCP servers, observability, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and backend services. Diagnose runtime failures, hallucinations, loops, and context degradation while enforcing security, permissions, validation, and cost controls. The role involves hands-on coding, testing, distributed systems engineering, technical documentation, and architecture ownership adjusted to seniority.

Manage accounting operations, including AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and month-end close. Oversee SaaS subscription billing, deferred revenue, revenue recognition, and ARR/MRR reporting. Support budgeting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.
