Designs, implements, supports, and improves enterprise infrastructure and cloud services. Leads technical escalations, IT migrations, platform upgrades, security initiatives, and strategic projects. Maintains endpoint, identity, monitoring, patching, and compliance capabilities while improving operational reliability. Mentors engineers, develops documentation and procedures, drives automation, and advises business stakeholders on technology solutions.
