Generate sales pipeline by managing inbound MQLs, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and performing targeted outbound prospecting. Build automated follow-up cadences, maintain Salesforce data, coordinate with Account Executives, and partner with Marketing to improve campaign conversion and lead quality. This remote UK-based role includes occasional travel to events.

Coordinates food certification projects from application through audit and certificate issuance. Manages client, auditor, and internal communications; schedules audits; tracks timelines, corrective actions, decisions, documentation, and records. Identifies risks and delays, drives solutions, provides certification updates, and supports process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, customer focus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Manage end-to-end administrative operations for the Mumbai office including facility and vendor management, travel coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement of administrative processes to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive workplace.
