Teams at FoodChain ID

Lead large-scale global Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation programs as the executive client-facing lead. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams; run governance and steering committees, mentor project managers, and partner with sales to drive customer success and program growth.

Review and manage organic certification processes (NPOP, USDA-NOP, EU), perform application and secondary reviews, oversee inspections and non-conformities, make certification decisions, issue certificates, manage client relations, handle appeals/complaints, train staff, and maintain certification records and continuous improvements.

Support the certification team by reviewing audit documents, maintaining certification and traceability databases, issuing transaction certificates, performing TRACENET/TRACES operations for the EU, arranging sampling, updating audit guidelines, and managing client communications and filing systems.
