The role manages service quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, technology support, vendor relationships, and client satisfaction while developing hospitality teams and ensuring seamless event execution.

Design and develop software features, maintain and refactor legacy applications, build automated integration and UI tests, review code for quality assurance, and research technologies to expand development capabilities. The role uses Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, databases, APIs, containers, CI/CD tools, and web infrastructure technologies. Some telecommuting is permitted from the Chicago location.
