Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly, part-time, and select salaried roles. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers, coordinate offshore hiring partners, track recruiting metrics, improve ATS and recruitment processes, support onboarding, update job descriptions, and represent Fooda at recruitment events. The role is hybrid in Chicago with three office days weekly.

Owns operational performance and client relationships across a portfolio of strategic, multi-location accounts. Responsibilities include client communication, quarterly business reviews, KPI and usage analysis, growth and upsell coordination, onsite staff management, process improvement, and account-level financial oversight. The role requires daily onsite presence in Burlington, TX, Monday through Friday, and collaboration with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations.

Leads daily onsite food-service operations at a client location, ensuring smooth hospitality-driven service, resolving issues, supporting staff, coordinating restaurant vendors, maintaining menus and point-of-sale updates, and monitoring customer satisfaction. Serves as the primary contact for clients, employees, restaurant partners, and onsite teams while reinforcing service standards and operational quality.
