Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS), implement Terraform IaC, maintain databases and messaging systems, improve security and monitoring (Datadog), manage networking and traffic (Cloudflare, ALB, OIDC), and develop disaster recovery and cost-optimization practices while collaborating with engineering teams.

The Director of FP&A will lead company financial planning processes, provide insights to executive leadership, manage budgeting and forecasting, and enhance financial controls to support growth.

Lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of large client partnerships, ensuring high client satisfaction, driving growth and upsells, managing onsite staff, tracking operational KPIs, coordinating Quarterly Business Reviews, resolving financial issues, and improving scalable processes through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven recommendations. Onsite presence required Monday–Friday.
