Provide technical assistance to develop and implement a sustainable school feeding program in Dire Dawa. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, government coordination, operational and policy framework development, monitoring and evaluation design, data governance, risk management, systems mapping, capacity building, and sustainability planning. The consultant will facilitate workshops, advise on Ethiopia’s political and institutional context, coordinate stakeholders, and produce work plans, progress reports, data governance recommendations, and a final assignment report.

Supports strategic internal consulting projects through analysis, research synthesis, presentations, dashboards, process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and change management. The role contributes to project tools, tracking systems, benchmarking, and knowledge management while helping cross-functional teams implement solutions that improve operations and support organizational growth.

Leads policy research on school feeding programs across Kenya and Africa. Designs qualitative and quantitative studies, analyzes policies and financing, produces policy briefs and reports, supports evidence-based advocacy, monitors implementation, and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also manages research portfolios, maintains knowledge repositories, builds partnerships with universities and think tanks, and contributes to policy strategy, stakeholder engagement, and systemic improvements in education, nutrition, and public health.
