Oversee six school-feeding kitchens, coaching Kitchen Officers and ensuring safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include site audits, SOP and food-safety compliance, stock and PPE availability, cost and yield variance analysis, procurement, billing support, performance reporting, capacity planning, stakeholder engagement, site visits, and facility maintenance escalation. The role is accountable for high on-time delivery, zero food-safety incidents, timely procurement, and consistent kitchen performance.

Oversee operations across 5–8 school meal production sites in Murang'a County. Conduct audits, enforce food safety and SOP compliance, train kitchen teams, validate stock, monitor costs and procurement, analyze operational data, coordinate maintenance, engage school stakeholders, and report performance trends. The role requires daily field visits, proactive problem-solving, capacity planning, and coordination of site visits for staff and donors.

Leads day-to-day performance for an assigned operating area, coordinating kitchens, deliveries, schools, and support functions. Owns cost, production, delivery, consumption, safety, controls, and service outcomes. Supervises and coaches PDA, AOO, and Kitchen Manager direct reports; resolves operational conflicts, closes corrective actions, manages risks, and reports performance to the Regional Manager. The role is hands-on, on-site, multi-site, and requires travel across assigned Kenyan field locations.
