Food Connect

Food Connect is a nonprofit that helps communities access nutritious food by providing transportation logistics and last-mile delivery. It works with community organizations, food providers, health institutions, and other local partners to distribute healthy meals, support home delivery and Food as Medicine programs, and rescue edible surplus food. Its mission is to reduce food waste, improve community health, and strengthen equitable local food systems through reliable, community-centered services.
