Manages the administration, configuration, support, access control, documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of hotel business applications. Supports PMS, POS, retail, finance, workforce, guest service, reporting, and ticketing systems; troubleshoots incidents, coordinates upgrades and integrations, enforces change and access controls, supports audits, trains users, and assists with technology projects in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Leads daily IT operations for a high-volume hotel environment, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing systems. Supervises, coaches, and develops IT Technicians; oversees troubleshooting, incident resolution, service standards, ITIL processes, KPIs, and SLAs. Maintains servers, networks, voice systems, applications, and operational technologies; coordinates cybersecurity and vulnerability initiatives. Manages technology deployments, vendors, budgeting, lifecycle planning, and property-wide IT projects while serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Supports resort-wide training initiatives, including operational training, leadership development, Train-the-Trainer programs, instructor-led sessions, training materials, and LMS administration. Coordinates schedules, attendance, participant enrollment, compliance training, and completion records. Partners with department leaders to improve on-the-job training, maintains SOPs and job aids, observes training, and provides follow-up support. The role requires strong organization, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
