Supervise VIP Services operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing reservations and guest profiles, resolving concerns, scheduling labor, enforcing policies, supporting hiring and performance evaluations, and performing concierge duties. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Manages day-to-day administration, configuration, support, access control, documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement for hotel business applications. Supports PMS, POS, retail, finance, workforce, reporting, guest service, and ticketing systems; troubleshoots incidents, coordinates upgrades and integrations, enforces change control, provides user training, and supports audits and application-related projects in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Supervise overnight hotel security operations, respond to emergencies and disturbances, monitor surveillance, fire alarm, and access control systems, dispatch officers, conduct fire watches, maintain security equipment, repair guest room locks and safes, prepare reports, and lead Tier 2 and 3 officers. The role maintains a safe environment for guests, visitors, and employees while coordinating with hotel departments.
