Leads accounting operations across construction and corporate activities, including general ledger, job costing, financial close, reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, tax coordination, audits, and construction draw processes. Manages accounting policies, WIP schedules, lender compliance, intercompany transactions, and financial analysis while leading and developing the accounting team and collaborating with executive, legal, development, and construction stakeholders.

Lead interior and architectural design execution across high-end development projects, focusing on FF&E, finishes, POP/branded environments. Produce drawings, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation; manage timelines, coordinate teams, support construction administration, and oversee FF&E procurement and installation.

Support legal team with corporate governance, entity maintenance, filings, transaction support, contract review and tracking, compliance, IP management, and legal operations including calendars, deadlines, and document workflows.

Administer and optimize the UKG HRIS (Core HR, benefits, time & attendance, recruiting, onboarding, performance). Maintain data integrity and security, support releases, reporting, WFM configurations, audits, user support, and HRIS projects. Assist with workflows, integrations, testing, and training to streamline hire-to-retire processes and ensure compliance.

Lead enterprise-wide occupational health and safety for multi-property hotel, casino, and development operations. Design and implement safety programs, ensure OSHA and gaming regulatory compliance, conduct audits and investigations, manage risk and claims, develop training, oversee emergency response, lead a multi-site safety team, and report safety metrics to senior leadership.
