Own the end-to-end employee onboarding experience from pre-boarding through the first 90 days. Coordinate access, equipment, paperwork, sessions, documentation, compliance, and onboarding progress. Manage international relocations, immigration, registrations, taxation, and external mobility partners across multiple countries. Build scalable onboarding processes, country playbooks, and automation while partnering with People Ops, IT, hiring managers, and department leads to improve employee experience and ramp-up.

Close inbound and outbound sales opportunities for AI phone agent products. Conduct 8–16 qualified demos daily, own monthly and quarterly quotas, manage pipelines, maintain clean CRM records, and contribute to refining the sales process. The role requires at least one year of transactional or B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven closing track record, strong communication, disciplined ownership, and native or C2 English. German proficiency is advantageous.

Leads fonio’s US commercial business, owning revenue, margins, growth targets, go-to-market strategy, sales team development, demand generation, and market expansion. The role involves building a high-velocity SMB SaaS sales engine from the ground up, hiring and scaling the team, adapting the product for US customers, coordinating with central teams, and representing the US market in company leadership decisions.
