Leads end-to-end packaging plant operations, including production planning, machinery maintenance, quality assurance, safety, cost control, procurement support, client communication, and team leadership. The Plant Manager is accountable for improving productivity, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining compliance, reporting operational performance, and supporting plant revamping and capacity expansion.

Design packaging, brand identities, and marketing materials for print and digital media. Create dielines, layouts, and print-ready files while managing color profiles, bleed, and structural specifications. Collaborate with sales, production, clients, and stakeholders to deliver technically feasible designs within budget and material constraints. Maintain brand standards, monitor packaging and printing trends, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
