Partners with Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance, compensation, engagement, talent development, and employee relations. Coaches managers, resolves conflicts, uses people metrics and technology to inform decisions, and improves HR processes. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires less than 5% travel.

Manage revenue recognition and compliance under ASC 606 and GAAP. Review contracts and RFPs, establish standalone selling price frameworks, reconcile Oracle revenue to the General Ledger, support financial close and audits, maintain internal controls, and prepare technical accounting policies. Lead revenue process improvements, acquisition integrations, UAT for new products, risk assessments, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Plans, executes, measures, and optimizes B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Develops campaign briefs, messaging, audience strategies, and activation plans; coordinates production timelines and deliverables; monitors full-funnel performance; prepares reporting for senior leadership; maintains campaign documentation and KPIs; and collaborates with Sales and Marketing to improve lead follow-up, conversion, and acquisition outcomes.
