Leads sales, service, merchandising, operations, financial performance, and talent management across multiple college bookstores in the Northeast. Establishes regional budgets and sales goals, coaches store managers, monitors inventory and operational standards, builds relationships with campus stakeholders, resolves escalated issues, supports store transitions and closures, and drives customer experience, profitability, and strategic initiatives.

Plans and coordinates Follett ACCESS course-materials operations, including collecting and editing textbook adoptions, overseeing orders, ensuring timely availability of print and digital resources, training faculty, resolving publisher issues, managing account billing and collections, and supporting a smooth student customer experience. Collaborates with store management and Follett’s operations and implementation teams while independently executing programs and assignments.

Lead and manage multiple college bookstore locations across a CA territory. Oversee sales, merchandising, operations, budgeting, financial performance, staffing, talent development, and campus stakeholder relationships. Enforce policies, control expenses, drive sales/profit goals, support store openings/closures, and collaborate with cross-functional partners while ensuring strong customer experience and store compliance.
