Plans and coordinates Follett ACCESS course-materials operations, including collecting and editing textbook adoptions, overseeing orders, ensuring timely availability of print and digital resources, training faculty, resolving publisher issues, managing account billing and collections, and supporting a smooth student customer experience. Collaborates with store management and Follett’s operations and implementation teams while independently executing programs and assignments.

Manage Apple department operations including inventory, visual merchandising, hiring, training, and customer sales. Coordinate promotions, vendor relations, special orders, ticketing and inventory audits. Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and visual standards; analyze sales trends and support store profitability.

Leads store leaders and teams across a geographic market to drive sales, operational excellence, merchandising, customer service, talent development, campus partnerships, financial performance, and course-material delivery. Oversees store visits, sales events, staffing, succession planning, accounts receivable, inventory shipments, shrink control, and service improvements. Coaches teams, executes operating plans, maintains campus relationships, and travels more than 50% of the time.
