Conduct in-home HVAC consultations, assess customer comfort and safety needs, recommend systems, prepare proposals, close sales, and coordinate installations. The role involves customer education, financing and scheduling communication, follow-up visits, documentation, installer support, referral generation, outbound prospecting, and participation in product and technical training. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earnings, bonuses, and referral incentives.

Leads and develops a residential sales team, drives revenue growth, expands customer and partner relationships, conducts in-home consultations and negotiations, monitors market trends, analyzes sales KPIs, and collaborates with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
