Manages daily office operations, vendors, supplies, facilities requests, reception, access badges, mail, and workplace software. Plans office events and catering while supporting leadership meetings, travel, candidate scheduling, onboarding, employee recognition, and People team administration. Partners with IT on equipment, system access, and employee technology needs. The role is hybrid and requires onsite work in Boston Tuesday through Thursday at minimum.

Own demand generation for Foley’s mid-market and enterprise segments, with primary responsibility for account-based marketing, integrated campaigns, inbound pipeline, lead quality, budget, vendors, and performance. Partner with Sales on account planning and build AI-enabled workflows for research, targeting, campaign operations, and analysis. Lead a Demand Generation Manager while remaining hands-on across email, events, webinars, lifecycle, and paid programs.

Supports Medical Review Officers by obtaining documentation, reviewing and processing drug-testing records, entering and verifying data, and reporting results accurately and promptly. The role handles inbound and outbound customer communications, resolves discrepancies, follows established procedures, protects sensitive information, and maintains compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 and company standards.
