Supports attorneys with calendar and deadline management, legal document preparation, electronic court filing, case-file maintenance, expense processing, bar and CLE tracking, and preparation for depositions, hearings, trials, and meetings. Requires strong knowledge of state court rules, advanced Microsoft Word formatting, document management system experience, organization, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Manage California general litigation cases from inception through completion, including trial preparation. Represent clients through all litigation phases, develop case strategy, and provide strong oral and written advocacy. The role requires sound judgment, initiative, California bar admission, and 4–7 years of defense litigation experience. Experience with products liability, toxic tort, or general liability law is preferred. The position is hybrid.

Represent clients in civil defense litigation, particularly products liability and toxic tort matters. Responsibilities include developing case strategies, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and supporting trial preparation. The role requires collaboration within a busy litigation team, strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and self-direction. Minnesota bar admission is required; North Dakota or Wisconsin admission is preferred. The position is hybrid.
