Conducts conflict-of-interest research and analysis for lateral attorney and non-lawyer onboarding, including portable client reviews, waiver support, ethics screens, database research, and conflict resolution. Maintains candidate files, coordinates with attorneys, recruiting, information governance, and transfer teams, assists with client intake and new business conflicts, and supports process improvements and employee training.

Processes law firm intake requests, assigns client and matter numbers, creates party records, and reviews intellectual property matters that do not require conflict checks. Responds to attorneys’ and assistants’ intake questions, manages forms and approvals, supports database cleanup, and routes conflicts or discrepancies to analysts. Reviews engagement-related documents and images finalized materials into the document management system.

Provides administrative and organizational support to attorneys and legal professionals in an estate planning practice. Responsibilities include processing invoices and expenses, coordinating client and attorney meetings, managing travel and documents, maintaining client and matter files, supporting intake and conflict checks, proofreading materials, and coordinating deliveries. The role requires discretion, strong communication, organization, and client-service skills.
