Leads customer experience strategy across channels and locations, manages feedback and survey programs, establishes communication and resolution standards, and drives process improvements. The role standardizes customer-facing workflows, improves data quality, promotes digital platform adoption, and supports customer events, trade shows, and facility visits. It requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Power BI.

Prepare journal entries and manage general ledger accounts through month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Perform reconciliations, investigate variances, prepare financial reports, ensure U.S. GAAP and internal control compliance, support audits, and contribute to accounting system enhancements, automation, training, and process improvements.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance management. Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions, profitability, and operational improvements. Manage banking relationships, develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting, and improve financial processes through automation and analytics. Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Operations to enhance data quality and transparency.
