Supports scholarship administration by responding to applicants, recipients, donors, schools, and alumni; maintaining applicant records; processing documentation; assisting with awards and payments; managing inquiries; protecting confidential information; meeting deadlines; and preparing reports. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, research, and Microsoft Office skills, with preference for military or scholarship and grant-processing experience.
