Lead the architecture and development of cloud-native healthcare integrations connecting EHRs, claims, labs, CRMs, HIEs, and other data sources. Build FHIR APIs, HL7 listeners, webhooks, RPA workflows, and real-time exchanges using modern integration tools. Establish data quality, compliance, observability, and security practices for HIPAA and SOC2 environments. Collaborate with product, data, AI, and customer engineering teams while mentoring integration engineers and defining scalable integration standards.

Designs and develops healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR, and DICOM; configures middleware and integration engines; connects EHR, LIS, PACS, and other healthcare systems; monitors and troubleshoots workflows; ensures data accuracy, patient-data security, and HIPAA compliance.

Owns healthcare technology product requirements, roadmap, backlog, Agile delivery, user testing, performance metrics, release communications, bug prioritization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder training. The role serves as the primary product contact across internal teams, clients, and partners while aligning solutions with value-based care, US healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
