Manage key customer accounts for aviation maintenance programs by providing quotes, progress updates, issue resolution, and relationship support. Coordinate internal operations, logistics, scheduling, supply chain, engineering, and sales teams to fulfill customer requirements. Monitor financial, delivery, quality, and safety performance while improving scalable processes and customer outcomes. The role is on-site in LaGrange, Georgia, with less than 10% domestic and international travel.

Defines and executes the global hydraulics product and technology roadmap for component maintenance operations. The role identifies new repair capabilities, drives lean continuous improvement, analyzes portfolio data, supports sales campaigns, and develops cost-saving opportunities with Procurement. It also maintains the commercial capability portfolio, guides Engineering teams, and collaborates with global repair shops and cross-functional departments. The position is based in LaGrange, Georgia, with full-time onsite presence and regular travel to global locations.
