Leads West Coast sales strategy and revenue growth by managing manufacturing representatives and dealers, developing partnerships, negotiating programs, identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, training partners, analyzing performance, and attending trade shows. The role requires strategic planning, project execution, relationship management, reporting, and 50–60% overnight travel.

Supports treasury, accounts payable and receivable review, general ledger activities, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, VAT processing, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. The role maintains accounting procedures, improves finance workflows, supports SAP and other finance systems, and collaborates with AP, AR, and Finance leadership across multiple entities.

Coordinates full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, and recruiting metrics. Supports payroll processing, HRIS administration, employee records, reporting, employment changes, and broader HR initiatives. Partners with hiring leaders and promotes company culture while maintaining confidential information and improving HR processes.
