Manage daily cash operations across more than 275 bank accounts, including wires, ACH transactions, deposits, Positive Pay exceptions, bank account maintenance, purchasing card administration, and banking platform access. Support banking relationships, KYC compliance, treasury systems, internal controls, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and cross-department cash management activities.

Oversee a portfolio of six or more multifamily properties, lead on-site management teams, monitor budgets and financial performance, review leasing and rental rates, conduct property audits, manage compliance and life-safety requirements, communicate with owners and asset managers, and ensure operating standards and investment objectives are met.
