Supports accounts receivable operations, including customer receipt allocation, bank and e-commerce reconciliations, sales ledger maintenance, statements, collections, query resolution, month-end schedules, audit documentation, and internal controls. The role works with Finance colleagues and customers to maintain accurate accounts and resolve billing or payment issues. Full training is provided and the position is suitable for graduates or early-career candidates.

Provide IT support and respond to tickets for internal users, troubleshoot Mac/Windows and mobile devices, manage Office 365 and MDM platforms, assist on integration and security issues, deliver automation and improvement projects, and meet SLAs as part of the global Infrastructure and Support team.
