Responsible for Group financial reporting, consolidated IFRS statutory accounts, disclosures, audit coordination, technical accounting policies, internal controls, tax support, share-based payments, and treasury-related reporting. The role also prepares UK entity accounts, supports multi-currency consolidation, maintains hedge documentation, and communicates accounting matters to senior finance stakeholders and the Board.

Designs straightforward circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts for motor controllers and spatial audio hardware. Builds, tests, and troubleshoots prototypes and production units; supports senior engineers with measurements and documentation. Coordinates with contract manufacturers, manages engineering changes and component obsolescence, maintains bills of materials and technical records, supports sourcing and compliance, and investigates field issues. The role is intended to develop into a senior electronics engineering position.

A 12-month placement supporting electronics hardware and firmware projects. Responsibilities include maintaining the electronics lab, assembling and troubleshooting prototypes, soldering, using CAD tools, sourcing components and PCBs, identifying alternatives, and contributing to schematic capture, PCB layout, and firmware development across audio technology products.
