Build, maintain, and support production-grade data pipelines and platform capabilities. Responsibilities include ingestion, transformation, orchestration, data modeling, testing, monitoring, quality, governance, performance optimization, cost management, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. The role partners with Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Risk, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams while supporting Snowflake-based warehouse systems and AI-assisted development initiatives.

Coordinate complex interview scheduling across departments and time zones, including executive panels, candidate travel, and expense workflows. Manage ATS data integrity, pipeline reports, candidate communications, preparation materials, offers, background checks, relocation requests, and recruiting documentation. Support headcount approvals, process improvements, and recruiting projects while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.

Build and implement AI and machine learning models, data pipelines, predictive analytics, attribution and personalization systems, and NLP tools. Develop Tableau dashboards, document models, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams on strategic initiatives. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a quantitative master's degree.
