Source and screen specialized technical and executive candidates across AI/ML research, robotics, computer vision, software, consumer electronics, and related engineering fields. Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies, build talent networks, conduct market research, analyze sourcing metrics, engage passive candidates, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers. The role also supports employer branding, diversity sourcing, candidate qualification, and recruitment process coordination.

Coordinates clinical research projects involving data collection, analysis, study documentation, regulatory compliance, wearable health metrics, CROs, vendors, timelines, budgets, and physiological data equipment. Collaborates with R&D and engineering teams while supporting clinical trial operations, safety monitoring, and best practices for junior staff.

Support statistical and machine learning modeling for marketing measurement. Responsibilities include preparing and exploring data with Python and SQL, developing regression and time-series models, validating performance, investigating statistical issues, comparing model specifications, interpreting results, and creating reproducible analytical workflows. The intern will communicate assumptions, findings, and limitations while working with experienced data scientists.
