Supports clinical study and laboratory operations by managing device and supply inventories, maintaining records and study files, tracking shipments, preparing devices, installing applications, supporting audits, processing purchases, and organizing lab facilities. Provides administrative and logistical support for clinical study startup, meetings, events, and documentation while following health, safety, and good clinical practice requirements.

Coordinate complex interview scheduling across departments and time zones, including executive panels, candidate travel, and expense workflows. Manage ATS data integrity, pipeline reports, candidate communications, preparation materials, offers, background checks, relocation requests, and recruiting documentation. Support headcount approvals, process improvements, and recruiting projects while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.

Build and implement AI and machine learning models, data pipelines, predictive analytics, attribution and personalization systems, and NLP tools. Develop Tableau dashboards, document models, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams on strategic initiatives. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a quantitative master's degree.
