The role involves designing and implementing OpenTelemetry solutions, optimizing observability infrastructure, and supporting SRE practices and cloud deployments.

Designs, implements, and scales cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, IaC solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems. Establishes SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, incident response, capacity planning, and toil reduction. Manages telemetry across AWS, GCP, and Azure using OpenTelemetry, while supporting security, compliance, governance, and automated testing. The role also involves technical consulting, troubleshooting distributed systems, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and up to 20% domestic travel.

Design, implement, and scale cloud infrastructure and platform engineering solutions. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, OpenTelemetry, SRE practices, incident response, capacity planning, security governance, and automation across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The role also supports Agent Evaluations in CI/CD and observability systems, collaborates with clients, documents technical solutions, and communicates complex concepts to stakeholders.
