Manages a 10-person Denver office and supports the CEO with calendar, inbox, travel, follow-ups, personal logistics, events, onboarding, supplies, facilities, and office operations. The role requires maintaining a welcoming, functional workplace, coordinating repairs and events, using AI tools and automations, and supporting activities across Focused offices as responsibilities expand.

The role involves designing and implementing OpenTelemetry solutions, optimizing observability infrastructure, and supporting SRE practices and cloud deployments.

Designs, implements, and scales cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, IaC solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems. Establishes SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, incident response, capacity planning, and toil reduction. Manages telemetry across AWS, GCP, and Azure using OpenTelemetry, while supporting security, compliance, governance, and automated testing. The role also involves technical consulting, troubleshooting distributed systems, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and up to 20% domestic travel.
