Lead product strategy and delivery for cloud-based testing, test data, and CI/CD tooling supporting federal student aid systems. Own the roadmap and backlog, define metrics, coordinate engineering and vendor dependencies, facilitate agile delivery, and communicate technical progress to government stakeholders. Partner with engineering on AWS architecture, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and compliance readiness while translating technical details into product decisions and executive updates.

Own the reliability, deployability, and observability of complex government platforms. Build Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, SLOs, and automated operational tooling. Lead incident response, troubleshoot distributed systems, embed security and compliance practices, support modernization and cloud migration, advise clients, and mentor teammates. The role requires experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, observability, FedRAMP or NIST compliance, and government environments.
