Partner with financial advisers to produce compliant SoAs, RoAs and review reports. Perform client data analysis, cashflow modelling, investment and insurance research, portfolio reporting, and maintain advice systems and templates to ensure accurate, timely advice delivery.

Support advisers by preparing Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, review reports and client documentation; gather and validate client data; maintain records in Xplan; assist research, cashflow modelling, portfolio reviews, implementation and compliance; participate in training and continuous improvement.

Support accountants by managing client onboarding, ASIC and corporate secretarial admin, practice management workflows, client communications, and billing/WIP administration to ensure timely, accurate, and professional client service.

Provide hands-on transactional finance support across accounts payable, receivable, banking, intercompany billing and month-end activities. Process supplier invoices and payments in Xero, manage expense claims, perform bank reconciliations, support debtor collections, prepare financial working papers and maintain audit-ready records for Focus Partners Australia and Escala.

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will support advisers in strategy development and documentation, manage quality compliance, and provide technical expertise in financial advice frameworks.
