Engages monthly donors through outbound calls to improve retention, recover declined payments, increase giving, and provide personalized constituent care. Maintains accurate records in Salesforce and payment systems, protects donor information, handles written and phone contacts, and prepares monthly reports for leadership and marketing. The role requires persuasive communication, empathy, resilience, strong customer service, organizational skills, and alignment with the ministry’s Christian values.

Owns and continuously improves the strategy-development and portfolio-governance process for constituent-facing programs. Designs scoring frameworks, stage gates, workflows, decision rights, and veto processes; facilitates prioritization and executive decision forums; conducts scenario modeling and trade-off analysis; defines portfolio metrics; monitors performance; and drives process improvements. The role collaborates across ministry, ePMO, marketing, content, technology, and data teams while evaluating responsible applications of AI and decision-support technologies.

Provides high-level administrative support to the President, Chief of Staff, and Vice President. Manages executive calendars, domestic and international travel, expense reporting, correspondence, presentations, meeting documentation, constituent communications, confidential information, events, and special projects. Coordinates across departments, responds to inquiries, prepares reports, and independently resolves administrative issues while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
