Teams at Focus: HOPE

The Major Gifts Officer manages major and planned giving portfolios, cultivates and solicits donors, closes significant gifts, launches planned giving initiatives, leads annual appeals, supports fundraising events, supervises Development staff, and oversees CRM data integrity and pipeline reporting. The role partners with executive leadership, Finance, Marketing, Grants, and Volunteer Management teams on fundraising strategy, donor communications, revenue forecasting, and stewardship.
